The BS5 is an innovative street sweeping solution designed to deliver high performance, reliability and consistent cleaning efficiency while ensuring maximum safety in urban environments.

The waste container, as well as the water and fuel tanks, are entirely manufactured from stainless steel. An efficient water recirculation system ensures effective dust suppression, keeping streets clean and reducing environmental impact.
The sweeping unit features segmented brushes with a quick-change system, available in steel, mixed PPL + steel, or full PPL configurations. The brushes are driven by a high-efficiency hydraulic motor, providing optimal sweeping capability even under demanding conditions.
The heavy-duty suction fan is built from high-resistance steel, with variable speed between 1500 and 2500 rpm to tailor performance to diverse operating scenarios. The suction mouth, mounted on a transversal sliding frame, is equipped with two super-elastic rubber wheels and a hydraulically actuated shutter, fully controlled from the cabin. Brush height adjustment is also managed directly from the operator’s station.
