Seamlessly integrated with Busigroup’s solutions, the platform collects and organises operational data within a single interface, transforming it into useful insights to improve fleet management, optimise maintenance and support data-driven decision-making.

The offering comprises three service levels, designed to guide the customer through a gradual digitalisation process.

• Digital Passport: identifies each machine and collates its technical documentation, service history and key operational information, without requiring any additional on-board installations.
• Smart Monitoring: enables the collection and real-time display of key operating parameters, such as fill level, number of cycles, operating hours and other performance indicators.
• Remote Management: on compatible machines, it allows remote interaction for configuration, diagnostics and control operations, simplifying support activities and reducing response times.

Thanks to this modular architecture, Busi Group enables customers to progressively digitise their entire fleet, expanding the available functionality over time and adapting the level of service to their operational needs.

The platform also incorporates a unified maintenance management system, which centralises information, facilitates the planning of maintenance work and helps to reduce downtime, thereby increasing availability and operational efficiency.
