Our horizontal ram compactor features a concave shaped blade with a penetration of no less than 630 mm, helping to significantly deform the material by preventing it from returning into the compression chamber.
The sides, roof and bottom have a rounded shape that ensures rigidity and strength.
The radius between the bottom and walls and between the walls and roof allows the material to slide smoothly during both loading and unloading operations.
The hydraulic control unit is accessible from the outside for ease of maintenance.

The roll-off horizontal ram compactor is available in two versions:

• with a swinging door connected to the hydraulic system of the unloading equipment: the opening with an angle of 120° prevents the door from rubbing against the waste unloaded on the ground and allows the equipment to be completely tipped to facilitate the removal of the material from the skip;
• with a one-leaf manual opening tailgate: the tailgate rotates 270° on three hinges. Closure is ensured by three harpoons located on the opposite side of the hinge controlled by a manual ratchet system.

For both doors, a sealing gasket on the two side uprights for the entire height and on the lower door leaf ensures a watertight seal.
