BTE's PAK stationary presses are the ideal solution for the reduction of bulky materials such as packaging, cardboard, paper, plastic bottles, production waste such as trimmings and off-cuts from cardboard and textiles, wood, pellets.
They can be customised in versions for manual or automated transfer (e.g. conveyor belts, bin vaults, conveyors, etc.).
Presses are elaborate systems, consisting of:
- COMPACTING SYSTEM: consists of a blade that slides horizontally in the compression chamber; the movement is generated by hydraulic cylinders and the position is detected by inductive sensors (proximity).
- CONTAINER CLOSING SYSTEM: to prevent the material from escaping from the container loading opening once it has been unhooked, a manual or hydraulic horizontal needle insertion system with vertical needles / bulkhead (optional) is provided.
- HOOKING SYSTEM: this is a mechanical structure, suitably sized to withstand the thrusts generated by the machine during compaction, and can be operated manually or hydraulically.
- LOADING TRAIL: this is the structure that conveys the material into the compression chamber. Shape and dimensions can be customised according to the material to be compacted and the loading mode.
