The EVO version of the CMPL7 side compactor represents the latest evolution of OMB Technology's CMPL7 range of vehicles for municipal waste collection. The EVO version has been designed to maximise the payload of the equipment, while maintaining the characteristics of robustness and reliability that have always characterised OMB compactors. Particular attention has been paid to solutions to reduce the time needed for maintenance of the baler unit and to improve slurry containment.
The proportional oleodynamic system makes it possible to combine speed, precision and fluidity of movement, reducing stress on the mechanics, on the bins and at the same time containing noise and energy consumption. The electronics, further evolved with respect to previous models, represent a ‘state of the art’ in the sector while guaranteeing a distinct ‘user friendly’ approach in all modes of use (operation-maintenance-failure search) of the compactor. The range offers two, three and four-axis variants with specific solutions (CNG-Glass).
The CMPL7 EVO range is characterised by a high level of technological equipment: the electronic equipment is of automotive derivation, the control joystick is of the ergonomic grip type, and there is a 12‘’ colour monitor that allows a simultaneous view of 4 external cameras and visual feedback on the monitor of the correct gripping of the bin.
Equipment diagnostics are available directly from the in-cab monitor.
