The Busigroup assistance service includes direct Assistance Centers located near the operational headquarters of the group’s companies, Authorized Assistance Centers in Italy and abroad.

Scheduled and preventive maintenance plans that include the supply of spare parts packages at pre-established deadlines.
Training
The technicians of the Assistance Office periodically organize (or upon request at our customers’ premises) training meetings on the correct maintenance of our equipment to reduce damage / wear from incorrect use / maintenance.
